Southern Indiana/Kentucky Joint Meet with the Model As
The Southern Indiana /Kentucky Chapter invites you to its Fall Meet on Saturday, October 3, 2020 in Bloomington, Indiana at the home of Marcia and Tim Lloyd, 3150 High Point Lane, Bloomington, IN 47401-9605. Scenic Bloomington is home to Indiana University and is located 50 miles south of Indianapolis. The fall colors will be beautiful. This meet will be held outdoors.
Come any time after 10:00AM EDST to Tim and Marcia's house for a noon lunch, tire kicking, visiting and a short Business meeting. Tim and Marcia have a very large garage and ample parking. Please bring your Hudson and lawn chairs, the host will be providing fresh buritos and drinks from a local food truck. If burritos are not your thing please feel free to brown bag your lunch.

Western Reserve Meet
The good folks at the Gentry who do such a fine job of caring for us at our Christmas parties are going to serve us a brunch/ lunch buffet. In order to meet covid mandates, we will go to the buffet individually and the Gentry staff will put the food on our plates for us. We will then be able to pick up our plates at the end of the buffet line and return to our tables. The cost is $20 per person, which covers everything including beverage and gratuity. IMPORTANT NOTICE: THEY NEED A HEADCOUNT! YOU MUST R.S.V.P. BY SEPTEMBER 30th to Chuck Gleydura (330)-534 5610, or Dorothy Walter (330)-651-7112. You can send payment to them or just pay at the door. During our business meeting, it will be necessary for us to have discussion on the upcoming Eastern Regional meet. We are also planning to have our annual Election of officers and auction meet on Sunday, November 8th at Spring Hills Golf Club. Bring good stuff for the auction. We will have the tables in the larger downstairs room to allow for social spacing. There will be discussion at the October meet on how we will have our meal at the November meet. Details will be forthcoming on our December Christmas Party meet.

Hudson Events at Hershey

The AACA has cancelled the annual Hershey flea market and car corral because of the coronavirus pandemic. It may, however, hold the annual Saturday car show, depending upon the pandemic's status as October approaches. A decision will be made later in the year. o Short run to visit a very modern rotary milking shed.
o Back to Donegal House for the “Thermette Challenge” in the carpark.
o Dinner at Donegal House around 6pm for drinks, dinner will be at 7pm
· Sunday - AGM will start at 10am at Donegal House followed by luncheon
· Monday - Whale Watch at 10am, this is a 3.5hr round trip. We all need to be at the office, Whaleway Station Road, Kaikoura at 10am.

With the long time venue in Canton, GA having closed down; the 2019 Business and Planning Meet was held at the Smokin’ Gold BBQ (formerly located in Dahlonega), at their new location in Lilburn, and will return there this year. The Christmas celebration will once again be held at The Little Round Building in Hammond Park. The traditional decorations will include festive garlands and Hudson hubcaps, and the chapter will provide lunch. Host hotel will be Lukan’s Farm Resort (https://www.lukans.com/) with pool side rooms, large glassed pavilion with fireplace for evening gathering, family-style breakfast and dinner.
Thursday: Early Bird arrival - tour of Hawley Hudson Museum, dinner grilled on the deck by Grillmaster Teeter.
Friday: AM free time (boat tour on Lake Wallenpaupack), lunch at Wallenpaupack Brewing Co followed by touring Dorflinger Glass Factory Museum and a brief stop at Delaware & Hudson Canal Museum and Lockhouse #31.
Saturday: AM scenic cruise PA & NY, lunch at Three Hammers Winery, boat tour or Hudson Museum for later arrivals.
Sunday train ride along Lackawaxen River.
